Since 2005, Mr. Hulsey has performed project management, business analysis, and technical support roles with the criminal justice data integration efforts in several Judicial Circuits in the state of Georgia. He is JIEM certified and has worked closely with numerous local officials and employees to design and implement successful data integration solutions. He is familiar with all aspects of local justice processes and has passed GCIC Security and Integrity training.
